We always want your shopping experience at Jane Abby Boutique to be extraordinary!  Hopefully, you love everything you purchase with us, however if something does not work out, we’re here to help!

Online Orders ONLY Returns

Unfortunately, due to our contract with Cheerful Heart Gifts & Boutiques, there are NO Returns for purchases made in-store at the Glen Rose, Texas location.

At Jane Abby, it is our job to provide you with quality items that you love and adore.  If you receive your items and it just isn't what you hoped it would be you may return your purchase for a full refund back to your original payment method.

Return Guidelines:

    NO Returns for in-store Purchases.
    ONLINE ORDER Returns:  Did you make an online purchase and the item you received just wasn't what you thought it would be?
    • First, we apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you.
    • Second, we want to make it right.
    What to do if you need to make a return for any reason:
    1. Contact us ASAP at hello@janeabby.com so that we may address the issue.
    2. Once the item is received by our office, we will refund your original purchase price (excluding original shipping cost).
